Made with just 6 ingredients (plus ice), this shake comes together in minutes and is the perfect way to sneak some nutrients (and festivity) into a rushed morning or between meetings.
Just place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. You can top with coconut whipped cream for a more decadent treat or a sprinkle of cinnamon to keep it simple.
Also great topped with a handful of your favorite granola, cacao nibs, coconut shreds, chopped walnuts, chia seeds, etc. Serve in a glass or pour it into a thermos to keep it cold for an on the go treat. Cheers!
