Ingredients

1/2 cup rolled oats (for the “ladyfinger” base)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 2 tbsp strong espresso (cooled)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup coconut yogurt (unsweetened or vanilla-flavored)
  • 1 scoop CHEERi Chocolate Superfood Powder
  • Cinnamon (for dusting)
  • Optional: Dark chocolate shavings or cacao nibs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the oat base (5 min active)

    • In a small bowl, combine oats, chia seeds, coconut water, espresso, and vanilla.

    • Stir well and let sit for 10–15 minutes (or overnight) to allow chia to gel and oats to soften.

  2. Create the CHEERi cream layer (2 min)

    • In another bowl, mix coconut yogurt with 1 scoop CHEERi until smooth and rich brown.

    • Taste and adjust sweetness if needed (add a drop of maple syrup or monk fruit if your yogurt is unsweetened).

  3. Assemble the layers (3 min)

    • In a small jar or dessert glass, spoon in half the oat mixture as your base.

    • Add a layer of the CHEERi yogurt mix.

    • Repeat with remaining oats and top with the rest of the CHEERi layer.

  4. Dust + chill (2 min + 1 hr chill)

    • Dust cinnamon on top. Optionally, add cacao nibs or dark chocolate shavings.

    • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour so it sets like tiramisu.
