1½ cups

2 full scoops

Baking powder

1 tsp

Salt

¼ tsp

Eggs

3 (room temp)

Very ripe banana

1 small (⅓ cup mashed)

Unsweetened almond milk

¼ cup

Melted coconut oil

¼ cup

Vanilla extract

1 tsp

Sugar-free chocolate chips

½ cup (optional, but 🔥)

 

🧑🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

  1. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, CHEERi, baking powder, and salt.

  1. Mix wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk eggs, mashed banana, sweetener, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

  1. Combine wet into dry. Mix gently until a smooth batter forms. Fold in chocolate chips.

  1. Transfer batter to the loaf pan and smooth the top.

  1. Bake 40–50 min, checking at 40 with a toothpick (should come out with moist crumbs).

 45 min (inactive)

  1. Cool completely before slicing. Store in fridge up to 5 days or freeze for longer.

 15 min cooling
